3. 6:20 Update re Community Choice Aggregation

4. 6:30 Response from Berkshire Photovoltaics

   • New Contract with Chris Kilfoyle - Per phone contact with Mr Kilfoyle he will not be available to help with preparing an IFB until January, and cannot commit to doing the project due diligence until mid February, which is beyond the date agreed upon by the BOS at our last meeting with them. He however has agreed to attend the next BOS meeting to discuss the project. Communication with BOS/Kevin Fox regarding all of this was by email last week.
