   • New Contract with Chris Kilfoyle - evaluate these sites: • Transfer Station: Roof or ground mounted • Adjacent Capped Landfill: pole or rack mounted • Foundry Village Road Recreation Field • Colrain Central School: Pole mounted between building and river, tied to grid via separate service • Town-owned land at Fire Station • Town-owned land at the Arthur E. Smith Covered Bridge

5. 6:50 pm Consider applying for META grant to further develop Colrain Central School projects

   • 6:45: META grants available - The Department of Energy Resources (DOER) Green Communities Division is making $250,000 available for a new round of Municipal Energy Technical Assistance (META) grants.DOER will review applications submitted on a first-come, first-served basis, and that no applications will be accepted before 9:00 am on August 20.
