   • 6:30: Elect a New Chair

     General Discussion...
     Reviewed a resignation letter from Jonathan.

     MOTION, moved by Jonathan Lagreze, seconded by Jack Cavolick: To accept the resignation of the chair, Jonathan Lagreze.

     Pass: Aye: Betsy Corner, Sara Wik, Jack Cavolick, Jonathan Lagreze, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein.

     MOTION, moved by Sara Wik, seconded by Jonathan Lagreze: To Nominate Bobby to be the new chair.

     Pass: Aye: Betsy Corner, Sara Wik, Jack Cavolick, Jonathan Lagreze, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein.

     MOTION, moved by Jack Cavolick, seconded by Loren Feinstein: Nominate Jonathan as Vice Chair.

     Pass: Aye: Betsy Corner, Sara Wik, Jack Cavolick, Jonathan Lagreze, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein.

     MOTION, moved by Robert Slowinski, seconded by Jack Cavolick: To nominate Loren as secretary. .

     MOTION, moved by Jonathan Lagreze, seconded by Jack Cavolick: To approve Site Plan Review with no conditions.

     Pass: Aye: Betsy Corner, Sara Wik, Jack Cavolick, Jonathan Lagreze, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein.

     MOTION, moved by Jonathan Lagreze, seconded by Loren Feinstein: To authorize Bobby on behalf of the planning board to sign the approval of the site plan review.

     Reviewed a first draft of an information sheet for the Recodification process provided by Jonathan
     
     Bobby will follow up with Kevin Fox regarding what we need for the warrant article regarding recodification of the bylaws.
