1. New Business

   • 7:00: Wellhead Protection Zoning Overlay - Presentation by Rebecca McDermott, Superintendent for the Shelburne Falls Fire District regarding a Wellhead Protection Zoning Overlay District.

   • Recodification Acceptance

     General Discussion...
     Discussion of final draft of Town of Colrain Protective Zoning Bylaw re-codification. Including some discussion regarding cover page layout and format.
     
     Proposal to hold a Planning Board public hearing regarding the zoning bylaw re-codification on Wednesday, April 24th at 7pm. A follow-up public hearing proposed at 6:30pm on Tuesday, May 7th.

     MOTION, moved by Betsy Corner, seconded by Sara Wik: To move forward with the current and final draft of the re-codification of the Town of Colrain Protective Zoning Bylaw.

     Pass: Aye: Betsy Corner, Sara Wik, Jack Cavolick, Jonathan Lagreze, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein.

     including any non-substantive formatting and proof-reading adjustments to be finalized within 1 week.

     MOTION, moved by Jonathan Lagreze, seconded by Betsy Corner: To approve the new layout proposed by Johnathan Lagreze for the cover page and information sheet of the new re-codification Colrain Zoning Bylaw. .

     Pass: Aye: Betsy Corner, Sara Wik, Jack Cavolick, Jonathan Lagreze, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein.

     Due to the timing of public hearings and requirements movement to accept the current layout is unanimous.

   • Recreational Marijuana - Review Town Council Redline.

     MOTION, moved by Loren Feinstein, seconded by Sara Wik: To accept the changes to the Recreational Marijuana Zoning Bylaw proposed by town council.

     Pass: Aye: Betsy Corner, Sara Wik, Jack Cavolick, Jonathan Lagreze, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein.
