1. Public Hearing - Vertex Tower Assets, LLC

   • 6:00PM: David Nims Property - Application to install a Wireless Communication Facility on the Property of David Nims

     General Discussion...
     This project application was deemed to meet all the requirements for a Special Permit as well as provide a significant benefit to the town of Colrain and surrounding communities. There was no voice of opposition presented by townspeople or board members to the granting of the Special Permit, though it was noted in the ZBA hearing just following that the tower would likely impact the view of a number of homes in Leyden.

     MOTION, moved by Gregory Olchowski, seconded by Marybeth Chichester: To accept the Vertex Cell Tower application for the Special Permit and approve the Special Permit.

     Pass: Aye: Marybeth Chichester, Robert Slowinski, Gregory Olchowski, Sara Wik, Loren Feinstein.

     MOTION, moved by Loren Feinstein, seconded by Marybeth Chichester: No Site Plan Review is required for this application.

     General Discussion...
     This application was withdrawn in light of the approval of the Nimms property tower application.
