1. New Business

   • 6:00PM: CPA Discussion

     General Discussion...
     There was very helpful presentation and discussion illuminating the possible benefits and challenges of implementing CPA in town.
     
     There is motion for David and Marybeth to begin putting feelers out to the general town public to determine if there is interest or support for this project.
     
     We also intend to seek the opinion of the select board to see if there is interest and support amongst them.

2. Old Business

   • 6:15PM: New Projects Discussion

     General Discussion...
     Continued discussion and recommendation from the town coordinator were presented regarding the FEMA floodplain bylaw update. Marybeth is going to obtain more info about what the new required Floodplain Administrator position requirements are.
     
     There was some discussion about best ways to prepare for the beginning of the town master plan update. Bobby is going to check with the town coordinator about the availability of resources from the town or FRCOG for the development of a new master plan.
