6:00PM: Solar Committee Visit
General Discussion...
Haynes Turkle presented findings from the Solar Committee regarding an update and amendment to the existing solar bylaw. 6:30PM: Flood Plain Bylaw Update - Review new information from FEMA

FEMA responded that no Flood Plain Administrator Backup position is necessary, so the updated flood plain bylaw is ready for submission to Town Counsel for review. -
6:45 PM: Review of Town Counsel Redline of Short Term Rentals Bylaw Draft
General Discussion...
Greg expressed a concern for the section 3e about the need for license plate numbers on the STR permit document. More research as to what the reasoning behind it is to be undertaken.
It is the intention to adopt the recommendations from Town Counsel on the proposed bylaw and permit application and to accept all changes in the future.MOTION, moved by David Greenberg, seconded by Loren Feinstein: To accept and adopt Town Counsel recommended edits to the proposed STR bylaw as written.
Pass: Aye: David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Gregory Olchowski, Marybeth Chichester, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein.

7:00PM: Master Plan Steering Committee Response Follow-up

There has been no response as yet to the Master Plan Steering Committee memo that was sent to the other involved town boards and administrators. -
7:15PM: Planning Board Procedural Rules and Regulations
General Discussion...
The PB intends to seek towns with similar needs that have existing rules and regulations documents, and we can look to adopt a similar set, revised as needed.
