    • 6:30PM: Flood Plain Bylaw Update - Review new information from FEMA

    • 6:45 PM: Review of Town Counsel Redline of Short Term Rentals Bylaw Draft

      General Discussion...
Greg expressed a concern for the section 3e about the need for license plate numbers on the STR permit document. More research as to what the reasoning behind it is to be undertaken.

It is the intention to adopt the recommendations from Town Counsel on the proposed bylaw and permit application and to accept all changes in the future.

MOTION, moved by David Greenberg, seconded by Loren Feinstein: To accept and adopt Town Counsel recommended edits to the proposed STR bylaw as written.

Pass: Aye: David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Gregory Olchowski, Marybeth Chichester, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein.

    • 7:15PM: Planning Board Procedural Rules and Regulations

      General Discussion...
The PB intends to seek towns with similar needs that have existing rules and regulations documents, and we can look to adopt a similar set, revised as needed.
