1. Old Business

   • 6:05 PM: Master Plan - Next Steps

     General Discussion...
     We discussed the lack of willing volunteers to help lead the steering committee, with the exception of the School Committee volunteer, Kate Barrows.
     
     Gregory suggested requesting that the Select Board assist directly in populating the steering committee.
     
     Marybeth suggested a second/third attempt to request volunteers from the other town boards.

   • 6:20 PM: Planning Board Procedural Rules and Regulations - Continued Discussion

     General Discussion...
     The board reviewed a preliminary draft of a new rules and regulations governing planning board procedures. Some adjustments and additions will be made and brought to the next PB meeting for review.

   • 7:00: Solar Committee Update

     General Discussion...
     Marybeth provided a brief summary update on the progress of the UMass Solar Project. It has been delayed but continues to progress.
