Celebrate William Apess Day, May 18th at 2 pm at GML

Wampanoag Tribal Members present sections of the play, "We Are the Land," a re-enactment of the events that took place during the infamous Woodlot Riot, and the adoption of William Apess into their tribe. The performance will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Rhonda Anderson. All are welcome to attend.
