     General Discussion...
     The board agreed to green light the soil mapping project.

   • 6:15: Zoning Board Request - Review Sideline Setbacks

     General Discussion...
     The board reviewed the setbacks required in the town bylaws. It was generally agreed to table taking further action on this request, and that there is more information needed from the ZBA in order for the PB to take on any potential bylaw revision.

   • 6:35PM: Master Plan Introduction Section - Review Distributed Document and map out next steps.

     General Discussion...
     The board continued to work on drafting an introduction section as a means to create an outline of work to be fleshed out down the road. There was mention that it would be important to include some clear form of succession plan and updating methodology included as part of the master plan.
