9:00 - 10:00 am - Chair Exercises - low impact exercise for seniors

10:00 - 12:00 pm - Senior Social Time - coffee, card games, puzzles, visit with your neighbors

10:00 - 12:00 pm - "In Stitches" - a craft time for seniors to get together to work on different craft projects or just visit
