1. Solar Bylaw Revision Hearing

   • 6:00: Solar Bylaw Revisions - To reflect changes to the Massachusetts Model Zoning Bylaw for the Regulation of Solar Energy Systems

     MOTION, moved by Loren Feinstein, seconded by Sara Wik: to present the Solar Bylaw Revision as written at Town Meeting with the Planning Board's recommendation for approval.

     Pass: Aye: Loren Feinstein, David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Gregory Olchowski, Laurie Francis, Robert Slowinski.

2. Short-Term Rental Bylaw Hearing

   • Short-Term Rental Bylaws - Creation of Short-Term Rental Bylaws

     MOTION, moved by David Greenberg, seconded by Sara Wik: to present the Short Term Rental Bylaw Revision as written at Town Meeting with the Planning Board's recommendation for approval.

     Pass: Aye: Loren Feinstein, David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Gregory Olchowski, Laurie Francis, Robert Slowinski.

3. Flood Plain Overlay District Bylaw Hearing

   • Flood Plain Overlay District - Creation of a Flood Plain Overlay District

     MOTION, moved by Loren Feinstein, seconded by Sara Wik: to present the Flood Plain Overlay District Bylaw Revision, including minor clerical correction of the term 'Floodplain' to 'Flood Plain' in section 3.4 and 8.6, at Town Meeting with the Planning Board's recommendation for approval.

     Pass: Aye: Loren Feinstein, David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Gregory Olchowski, Laurie Francis, Robert Slowinski.

4. VOTE-Recommendations to the Selectboard

   • Bylaw hearing recommendations - Recommendations to the Selectboard based on input from the Solar, Short-Term and Flood Plain Overlay District hearings. VOTE--1. To amend the Protective Zoning Bylaw to update Section 15 to reflect changes to the Massachusetts Model Zoning Bylaw for the Regulation of Solar Energy Systems as well as affected items in sections 2, 4, and 13. VOTE--2. To adopt Short-Term Rental Bylaws. VOTE--3. To adopt the creation of a Flood Plain Overlay District.

     MOTION, moved by Sara Wik, seconded by David Greenberg: to close this Public Hearing regarding the proposed bylaw revisions at 6:20pm.

     Pass: Aye: Loren Feinstein, David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Gregory Olchowski, Laurie Francis, Robert Slowinski.
