   • Approve Minutes: Wed, Oct 1 - Planning Board Bylaw Revision Hearing

1. Public Hearing - Tarpon Towers III, LLC - 0 Call Rd

   • 6:05PM: Continuance from August 6 Public Hearing

     MOTION, moved by Gregory Olchowski, seconded by Sara Wik: To continue the public hearing to the December 3rd meeting. .

     Pass: Aye: David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Gregory Olchowski, Laurie Francis, Robert Slowinski. Not Present: Loren Feinstein.

2. New Business

   • 6:15 PM: Request from Zoning Board to Review Setbacks - The majority of variance requests are regarding setbacks.

     General Discussion...
     The Zoning Board has granted a large number of variances for setbacks, especially sideline setbacks. Mark came to the meeting as a representative to present the request and provide clarity. Colrain has more stringent requirements than many of the surrounding towns. There was a discussion surrounding this, and it was determined that we would review other towns and the reasoning behind the tightening of requirements and revisit in December or January.

   • 6:30 PM: Gender Neutral Select Board Verbiage in Zoning Bylaw - Schedule Public Hearing for Bylaw Change

     General Discussion...
     The general consensus was to address this in the same public hearing as any potential setback and frontage changes.

   • 6:35PM: January Meeting Date

     General Discussion...
     January's meeting will take place on the 14th due to the new year and Alice being out of town.
