3. 417 Main Rd. [dead rats, sewer smell in Unit C, water line across doorway]
4. 2 Coombs Hill Rd. [issue with egress, smoke detectors and no heat; Order to Correct sent]

Title 5/septics:

1. 107 Adamsville Rd. [update from condemnation]
2. 48 Call Rd [Title 5 failed-due by 3/7/2025; granted extension to July 1^st]
3. 116 Main Rd [Notice of Noncompliance sent; update, if any]
4. 1 River St. [septic system designed but yet to be installed; enforcement letter sent to owner for potential further action]
5. 120 Main Rd. [Title 5-repair of system]
6. 257 Greenfield Rd. [Title 5 failed-February 28^th]
7. 32 Charlemont Rd. [Sold, Title 5 says needs further evaluation]
8. 269 Heath Rd. [Letter sent, housing court in March]
1. 61 Heath Rd. [denial of 25 campground permit; septic incomplete]
10. 42 Heath Rd. [converting barn to livable unit; septic? Well permit]
