Housing Issues:

1. 160-162 S. Green River Rd. [septic & housing violation updates, if any]
2. Griswoldville Sewer District updates [if any]
3. 417 Main Rd. [dead rats, sewer smell in Unit C, water line across doorway]

Title 5/septics:

1. 107 Adamsville Rd. [update from condemnation]
2. 48 Call Rd [Title 5 failed-repair due by 3/7/2025] New owner, Ron Schulz asking for an extension to the March 7^th deadline.
3. 116 Main Rd [Notice of Noncompliance sent; update, if any]
4. 1 River St. [septic system designed but yet to be installed; enforcement letter sent to owner for potential further action]
5. 427 Main Rd. [pumping record> 1,800g vs 1,500g]
6. 54 Ed Clark Rd. [pumping record> 1,800g vs 1,500g]
7. 120 Main Rd. [Sold, water test, good? Title 5 of system?]
8. 257 Greenfield Rd. [Title 5, not done at time of sale]
1. 32 Charlemont Rd. [Sold, Title 5 says needs further evaluation]
10. 269 Heath Rd. [Letter to be sent]
