AGENDA

1. Call to order
2. Read and approve minutes from last meeting
3. Determination whether either or both Nina Reyes (non-resident) or Johnnie Chace (summer resident) can serve on the Board? Do we have an answer to this?
4. Confirmation that an $8000 check to the E Colrain Cemetery Ass'n (held for Dennis Carpenter in the Historical Society's account several years) was sent spring 2018 and cashed in August of that year. Any update from David Nims??
5. Restoration of the 9/11 flag. Is this a project for the Commission or should it be left to the OBMH (FiPCHiD) group?
6. A note: Coming up is the Community Meeting , Saturday, February 28th, 10 to noon, at the Colrain Central School
7. Any other new business? Old business?
8. Adjourn until the next meeting, March 16th, 5 pm, Meeting Room
