Executive Session
In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, §21(a)(1), the Select Board will enter Executive Session for the following purpose:
To discuss the reputation, character, physical condition, or mental health, rather than the professional competence, of an individual, specifically to address allegations of violations of the Town of Colrain’s Equal Opportunity, Anti-Discrimination and Harassment Policy (including Sexual Harassment) pertaining to Firefighter Colby Martin.
The Board does not intend to return to open session.
