- Request for Determination of Applicability for Alix Carey to repair the septic system at 360 N. River Rd. [Map 418, Lot 38] that is within 100-200’ of the Green River.
Hearing: 5:15 PM
- Request for Determination of Applicability for David Donovan to repair the septic system components at 15 Main Rd. [Map 127, Lot 1] that are within 75-175’of the East Branch of North River.
New Business:
- Approve the Minutes of August 20th and November 19th
- Review an Emergency Order from MA DOT for repair on Route 112 that was signed by Bill Dornbusch on January 31st.
- Review Site Plan Review documents for proposed cell tower on Call Rd.
