- Request for Determination of Applicability by Mark Thibodeau, Maintenance Manager for North River, LLC to demolish the warehouse and shed at 237 Main Rd. [Map 107, Lot 2.2] that is within 100’ of the North River.
New Business:
- Approve the Minutes of March 11, 2025
- Review the Harassment Policy and collect signature pages confirming receipt of most recent version of the Personnel Policy, inclusive of the Harassment Policy
- Discuss the trailer owned by Michael Bailey on Prolovich Rd. [Map 414, Lot 27] and whether it is a violation or needs to be removed
- Go over Site Plan Review for MA Craft Cultivation, LLC [108 West Leyden Rd.] on their proposed expansion of cultivation space
