• Tarpon Tower III, LLC & CellCo Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless [on land of Michael Bailey; Map 412, Lot 4.1-Call Rd] seeks to extend the Variance granted to them on April 2, 2025 for 6 months due to weather conditions hindering the project.

• Approve the Minutes of 10/9/2025
• Review the Harassment Policy and collect signature pages confirming receipt of most recent version of the Personnel Policy, inclusive of the Harassment Policy
• Go over Site Plan Review for MA Craft Cultivation, LLC [108 West Leyden Rd.] on their proposed expansion of cultivation space
