1. Griswoldville Sewer District updates [if any]
2. 2 Coombs Hill Rd. [issue with egress, smoke detectors and no heat; Order to Correct issued February 13, 2025]
3. 6 Greenfield Rd. [Barn knocked down, debris mostly picked up & out of brook/culvert; Order to Correct issued for Housing Code [HC] violations-August 14, 2025; Title 5 on 12/6/25; HC hearing March 20^th; updates?]
4. 269 Heath Rd. [Letter sent, possible case for housing court]
5. 116 Main Rd [Notice of Noncompliance sent; update, if any]

Title 5/septics:

1. 107 Adamsville Rd. [Condemned; new ownership & contact made with owner]
2. 257 Greenfield Rd. [Perc done September 9^th; repair to be done in 2026?]
3. 61 Heath Rd. [2025 campground permit with conditions, septic incomplete]
4. 162 S. Green River Rd. [Tight tank application submitted; install in 2026]

Debris/Trash/Misc:

• 22 Heath Rd [Update on violations and Notice of Inspection letter sent August 12, 2025]

3. Health District Update-March 26^th CPHS oversight meeting
4. Site Plan Review for MA Craft Cultivation at 108 West Leyden Rd.
5. Collect signature pages confirming receipt of the Harassment Policy
