• Barnhardt by their engineer Chris Stoddard requests a Variance to 310 CMR 15.000 including but not limited to 310 CMR 15.2023 for a reduction in the required size of the nitrogen reducing technology. This is for a proposed system for the Colrain Sewer District to be located on Main Rd. [land currently owned by Barnhardt].

1. Discussion with Colrain Sewer District to handle any questions & concerns
