      1. Doing the project as a whole vs doing it in phases to try to keep the project price low - but that could end up ultimately adding expenses for setting up and disassembly of equipment to do the job

   1. The envisioned bandstand: whether the back of the library lot is the right location in town given the limited parking available (versus the school or town offices)

   2. Public input format: one large meeting vs displays of proposed work and collecting comments over time

5. Possible vote on recommendations to the Library Trustees
