The 3rd quarter bills are due 2-3-2024 (but will be received without penalty on Tuesday, February 4, 2024 during my regular hours) and 4th quarter bills are due Thursday, May 1, 2024. You can pay online, mail, drop box or in-person.

And Income tax season is upon us. Remember, you can get IRS payment records for 2024 (real estate, personal property and excise) from our website Colrain-ma.gov, go to the home page, click pay online, click real estate & excise tax. Type in your last name and select the IRS payment records for 2024 option and click search. On the right hand side of the green bar check off IRS and click the view IRS button.

Can I pay both quarters for the February due date?

The answer is yes.

How do I get a receipt if I drop my payment off in the drop box or pay by mail?

Enclose with your payment a self-addressed stamped envelope and your entire bill. I will stamp your receipt and mail it back to you.
