Transfer Station Closing Time Update

The Select Board voted to revise the closing procedures at their 2/10/2026 meeting.

The Select Board voted at their open meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, to revise the closing procedures at the Colrain Transfer Station.

Effective Saturday, February 14, 2026, vehicles will not be admitted after 3:45 PM. This adjustment is necessary to allow station attendants adequate time to complete closing procedures, with the facility closing promptly at 4:00 PM.
