Street Listings, Dog License Renewals and Nomination Papers Updates
Street Listing and Dog License Renewal Notices will be going out in the mail by February 3rd.
2025 Town Election Nomination Papers will be available to pick up from the Town Clerk starting Monday, Feburary 3rd. They last day to OBTAIN nomination papers from the Town Clerk will be Monday March 24th at 5pm.They are due back to the Town Clerk by 5:00pm on Tuesday, March 25th. The following offices and terms are open to candidates:
- Assessor - 3 Year Term
- Constable - 3 Year Term
- Library Trustee - 3 Year Term
- Library Trustee - 3 Year Term
- MTRSD School Committee - 3 Year Term
- Select Board - 3 Year Term
- Town Clerk - 3 Year Term
2025 Town Election will be held from 12:00pm - 7:00pm on Tuesday, May 13th, at Town Hall (55 Main Rd.)
Town Clerk hours are Monday & Tuesday's 4:30pm - 9:00pm, or by appointment.

Election Day is coming on Tuesday November 5, 2024! Voting will take place at Colrain Central School, located at 22 Jacksonville Rd, from 7:00am to 8:00pm.
Early voting is also available at the Town Clerk's office on Saturday 10/26 from 10:00am - 2:00pm, Monday 10/28 from 5:00pm - 9:00pm and Tuesday 10/29 from 5:00pm - 9:00pm.

There are a number of committees that need members. All but the Finance and Planning Board are appointed by the Selectboard. Finance and Planning are appointed by the Moderator. Please contact the Town Clerk of your interest and she can direct you to the committee chairs for recommendation.
