Meg Ryan, and Lisa White, RNs are Public Health Nurse staff of the Cooperative Public
Health Service (CPHS) of the Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG).

CPHS is the regional health district serving towns of Ashfield, Bernardston, Buckland,
Charlemont, Colrain, Conway, Erving, Gill, Hawley, Heath, Leyden, Monroe, Northfield
Rowe and Shelburne.

Lisa and Meg offer monthly drop-in hours at a variety of community sites and are
available to assist residents by phone or appointment. Some services they offer include
basic health screening (blood pressure, blood glucose testing, assistance with
medication management), sharps disposal and box exchange, Medicare insurance
option review, and help connecting with health, social service, and basic need providers.

Public Health nurses Lisa White and Meg Ryan are a resource available to all CPHS
member town residents that we hope you will not hesitate to be in touch with!
