• Form B- Preliminary Subdivision Plan $300 Plus $50 per lot
• Form C- Definitive Subdivision Plan $500 [If a Preliminary Plan has been filed] Plus $75 per lot
  • [If no Preliminary plan has been filed] Plus $200 per lot
