The Municipal Light Plant (MLP) is a department of the Town of Colrain. The Select Board members are also the Commissioners of the MLP. The MLP Manager is appointed by the Select Board and is a two-year term.
An Enterprise Fund has been established as part of that department to manage and report on the activities of the Colrain Broadband project.
