When are tax bills mailed and payment due?

Personal Property tax bills are mailed at the same time as real estate bills. The tax payments are due on August 1st, November 1st, Febraury 1st and May 1st. If the due date falls on a day the collector's office is closed payment will be accepted on the next day the collector has office hours without penalty.
